Who can take the programme?

Anyone living in the East Sussex area and over the age of 18 who is looking to reach a healthy weight. We offer a choice of face to face or telephone sessions.

How to do I access the programme?

Drop us a line using our contact form, and we will contact you to answer any questions and set up a start date. All the coaching is done over the phone, so you just need a phone!  We can also use Skype if you prefer.

What’s the time commitment?

We will also be asking you to keep a food diary and set you some reading to do each week.  The amount of time you need will depend on the goals you set.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

After the 12 weeks, you will move on to our ‘Maintenance’ programme. The Maintenance Programme  has been designed to be much less intensive whilst still providing you with support when you need it. You’ll have continued access to your coach, new materials for learning, and on-going support for goal setting and problem solving.

What’s the nutritional advice given?

We follow the nutritional advice given in the UK’s Eatwell Guide, which has been developed by a leading team of UK-based nutritionists and dieticians. The advice is applicable if you are meat eater, a vegetarian or a vegan.
