My passion is to empower people to achieve sustained weight loss through healthy eating, life style and behaviour changes. I am a trained nutritional advisor, health coach and massage/beauty therapist. I have had over five years experience of working as a nutritional advisor and 3 years as an NHS weight management facilitator, and have helped hundreds of people successfully lose weight and keep to a healthy weight.
My passion for a healthier life all started when I sadly lost my mother to bowel cancer. I realised how important food is and I am always researching evidence behind the latest weight loss claims. I am also a real foodie and spend lots of time experimenting in the kitchen coming up with different recipes that are healthy and balanced. I love yoga, spinning, meta fit and have regular personal training sessions to keep me motivated and healthy.
